Question TPM for Windows 11 support

Apparently Windows 11 requires a TPM2.0 module in order to run

I have an older motherboard,
ASUS ROG ZENITH EXTREME (AMD X399)

How can I determine
1) whether I have TPM but its just disabled
or
2) if I don't have TPM can I purchase a version that is compatible?
