Question 1 long beep,3 short after new monitor installed......pc runs fine.

My daughter just purchased a Samsung Monitor, and since installing, she occaisionally gets 1 long and 3 short beeps.....the PC then starts up and runs fine. I am wondering if it isn't the cheap display cord that Samsung supplied with the monitor, as the PC ran fine before? It's home built, with ASUS 4070ti card, 16 gigs Corsair DDR 5 ram, and i7 13700K CPU, running Win 11. It seems to happen when the PC is first turned on, but does not happen if PC is turned off and then back on in the same day. I have ordered a new display port cable which should be here tommorow, just to eliminate that possability........any other thoughts?

When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs. Please list the specs to your build like so:

include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time.
