1 long beep 3 short beeps bios error can’t find soulution

Okay so i have a pc that i’ve been trying to build here’s the specs https://pcpartpicker.com/list/

i’m getting a bios beep error (1long 3 short) i tried resisting my gpu didn’t work tried no gpu still had the same thing then i changed ram slots didn’t do anything, i tried 3 different cables (vga cable, dvi to hdmi and just hdmi) i can seem to figure it out i’m really desperate and i can’t find a answer anywhere please help thanks
