Hi i have a friend gave me a old HP PC last year and its fully working and i want to upgrade this old PC

CPU : Pentium(R) Dual-Core CPU E66000 @ 3.06GHz 3.07GHz
RAM : 2GB HP memory (i dont know the how many MHz)
MOBO : its a LGA 775
I have a 2x4GB @1333MHz Corsair Value Select Memory and 2x2GB @1333MHz Corsair Value Select Memory. both of them wont work. it only give me some beep codes (1 long beep followed by 1short beep) i have many computer parts on my shop but all of them will not work 🙁

I have a thread about this but i think my account was bugged 🙁 all of my notifications and private message were all gone 🙁

Simply, you have a motherboard issue. http://www.computerhope.com/beep.htm
Better is to save some money and buy a new PC with 550$. As you said you want to upgrade that old PC :
