200 sq meters is roughly 1800 sq ft.
That is gong to be very difficult to get one to cover that size of home in your very low budget range.

There is pretty much no point in a 450mhz setup as most all devices wont be able to utilize it, not to mention needing half the 2.4ghz spectrum to do it.

Keeping in your budget you are only looking at single band N300:
For that I would suggest ASUS RT-N12 or TP-LINK TL-WR841N

Upping budget to $40 you can get a much better TP-LINK Archer C50 which is dual band and wireless AC, Wireless AC has noticeably better range than N
Number of antennas does not per-say dictate quality.

A single antenna router is pretty much always going to indicate a 150mbps wireless N (single band) router

A dual antenna can be either N300, N600, or slower AC routers. The last two having dual band.

If your router is not in the middle of the house it does not really matter what router you get, you wont get good coverage. Even a $350 model cant sit at one far corner of a 2000 sqft or larger house and provide good signal at the other end, even worse if you have multiple stories.

Determining what to buy based off of how many antennas it has is like basing the performance/reliability of a car off of how many cup holders it has.

What is your budget, how many devices need to be connected to it (wired and wirelessly), and what is the layout of your house?

its 6 rooms(200 m squares i think)
1 floor
no somehow in the middle but cant connect beyond the room or to sit on the mutual wall of the 2 rooms
NOTE:whats ur opinion in tp link TL-WR940N or tenda F3 N300
