I installed the OS on the 80GB, because in the future I want to get a SSD and transfer that data over. So my 80GB is my C Drive. How should I partition it? What would you recommend? I do want a data partition just so I do lose anything.

So would it be better just to put the OS on the 400GB or 500GB, remove the 80GB all together, then make the other hdd a data partition?

Or for the C drive, just change it from the the 80 GB to a different one?

Solution
Do not partition it. You will complicate space management. Lots of things besides windows will want to go on the "C" drive. 80gb is not enough and will fill up quickly.

Save up and get a 120gb ssd asap. Samsung EVO is not expensive.
You can use their clone utility to change over with no problem.

Then keep your 80gb hard drive aside as a backup if you should ever get a virus or whatever on your ssd.
For data files you care about, make a plan for EXTERNAL backup.
doing a OS transfer from hard drive to hard drive (or in your case SSD) isn't a good idea, windows will freak out. I've done it before and it wasn't pretty.

I suggest, when you get your SSD, to backup your data, then reinstall windows on the SSD to avoid windows from jamming.

Just put a single partition on each HDD that's all you need, and since your only installing windows on the 80GB HDD you won't need to do anything with the other two drives when reinstalling windows on the SSD.
