My system:
AMD Ryzen 7 7700 8c/16t
Gigabyte B650 Gaming X AX V2 (with the latest Bios update)
32 GB DDR5 Corsair Vengeance DDR5 6000 CL30 (EXPO Profile)
12GB Geforce RTX 4070.
27'' 2560x1440 monitor
10-20% of the time my computer doesn't work properly after booting.
I boot windows 11 and it's fine while browsing but when I try something more intensive (like playing a video game) my PC is practically unusable. Sometimes I get freezes even when browsing.
I entered Red Dead Redemption 1 and the game is unplayable.

The I turned off my PC, turned it on , boot into windows and start playing Indiana Jones and the Great Circle with Ultra settings and the game runs great, the GPU usage is at 100%.
The problem is that 10-20% of the time I boot my PC works terrible.
80%-90% of the time I boot my PC, everything works great. I can play all day long without encountering any issue (No freeze, no crash, no stuttering).
What the problem might be ?
