A few days ago I did a speedtest (ookla) and suddenly today I tryed again and it says 10 times less. I have a CAT5e connection and at first it worked but now it is very slow. I am using windows 10 and I have no idea what is the cause of this issue.
Obviously something changed between the period when you saw 100/100 and when you saw 10/10.
What was added, removed, replaced, or changed in this time?
A broken wire in an ethernet cable can cause handshaking to downshift to a slower speed. Try a new ethernet cable (everywhere in the chain, not just the PC)

I found out that windows 10 had installed some new driver but after switching back to the old driver the internet went back to normal
