Hi,

I have an intel liquid cooling fan setup for my CPU that is really loud (around 65 decibels). I've cleaned it. I've also tried trouble shooting the problem by changing the fan speed with SpeedFan and thru my bios settings, but cannot get it to change speeds.

Here is a screen cap of my hwinfo (disregard the CPU temp reading from SpeedFan I believe that is supposed to be in Fahrenheit, temps are normal in hwinfo):

I have just updated my bios to the latest version. Please let me know if you need any other info to troubleshoot the problem.

Solution
^ Sometimes it's just those little things we take for granted.
Well, glad the issue is sorted out, even if we didn't help too much, enjoy. ;)
Check you have the liquid cooler plugged in to one of the 4 pin motherboard headers marked 'CPU' and not a normal 3 pin header.
Use another monitoring program, Speedfan is clearly messed up for you; 6.7v on the +12v line, no readings for case fans, it's showing 23% speed for the CPU fan yet recording 2300RPM and there's that 113C CPU temperature...
Try: Reboot the system and get into BIOS, then navigate to the hardware monitor feature, what is IT showing? If it's also showing a CPU temp exceeding 100C things are very, very wrong.

Looks like it is connected to a 4-pin connector called "cpu fan". I took a picture:

Here is all of my sensor info from hwinfo:

Don't take this the wrong way but have you mis-connected the fan and CPU connectors?
I mean that there are two 4 pin wires coming out of the pump, one goes to the fan, one for the motherboard CPU header. They look very similar to me and it's the type of simple mistake we all make from time to time.

I had it custom built at a store. It's connected to the one that says "CPU FAN" . The other connector says "CPU OPT".

Hey guys thanks a lot for all the help. I unplugged the 4pin connector to the fan and the one to my motherboard, then replugged them. Now my fan is running at 918RPM. Looks like the problem was a loose connection.
