100% cpu usage and stutters,but dont see what uses the cpu.

This currently happening in every game.
The game uses the cpu up to 70% but at task manager i didnt see anything else using it but its still on 100% usage.
PC:
i5-6600k
16 GB ram
GTX 1060 6 gb
Games:
Fortnite
Rainbow six siege

Other things to know:
I use 2 monitors one plugged to gpu on plugged to integrated graphics.
When turning on vsync it lowers the usage but still stutters.

There should be no need to use integrated graphics as a 1060 should be able to easily handle both of your monitors. By using integrated graphics, you're taxing your CPU a little more while also using bandwidth and onboard system resources. By hooking up both of your monitors to the GPU alone, it releases the burden on your integrated graphics and CPU. That *may* be the culprit, especially if you're using higher video settings going into your games.

I would recommend using your GPU only for your monitors and releasing the integrated graphics from these tasks. Should ease the CPU burden.

i tried disconnecting the other monitor but it still stutters with only the gpu monitor.
