100% cpu usage in game

I have very high CPU while in game such as overwatch and smite.

Specs
GTX 970

Processor
Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-4440 CPU @ 3.10GHz

RAM 8.0 GB

Also when I then close the game my cpu sticks around 60 or 70 but lowers after awhile my memory also seems to be high it is at 4gb and I am doing nothing but on chrome and then when I am in game my memory is high again as my cpu is

Sounds about right, check to see if all cores are 100% when you game otherwise i don't think there is an issue.
