[SOLVED] 100 cpu usage

Hello again , I fixed my computer and turned it on , but I noticed that the fan is too fast and the temperature in the bios at 78 ° C , cpu using its full 3.7ghz capacity , I tried to configure it in the bios removing some modes that seemed to be the cpu in overclocking but nothing solved I even tried to lower the frequency of the cpu to 2.5 Ghz but it keeps changing to a little more and the fan is still the same at high speed

Sorry I said the wrong way , I meant that I reassembled , I could not solve anything I mentioned

could be the high temp causing the 100% usage. try fixing your cpu cooler.
