Question 100% Disk Usage by System

This has been going on for weeks now, system constantly uses most of my disk making me experience a lot of lag. I've tried all the tutorials that I can find but none of them have worked.

Do you have a hard disk drive? Those things are so slow most of the time they are always at 100% usage. Get an SSD if you can.

Yes, I do. I'm getting a new rig soon but I'll have to wait until I actually can. I just want to make the waiting process more enjoyable, I've had this PC for 5 years now.

Really for weeks?
Usually this happens when a new update is due,windows will scan everything to determine what files to update.

Pretty sure it's been a few weeks now, this happened a week or two after my grandmother died (April 18). I don't really know what to do anymore lmao. It doesn't stop despite me updating Windows.
