[SOLVED] 100% disk usage for no reason.

Hello, I'm trying to fix a 100% disk usage problem on my laptop, I've tried everything like updating turning off services (SysMain, Search, DiagTrack), and a lot more, but nothing worked.

Can anyone help me with this problem? Like is there even anything else I can do to try and stop this?

the info you supplied is just about the CPU

do you get 100% usage in safe mode?
go to settings/update & security/recovery
under advanced startup, click restart now button
this restarts PC in a blue menu
choose troubleshoot
choose advanced
choose startup options
click the restart button
choose a safe mode (it doesn't matter which) by using number associated with it.
Pc will restart and load safe mode
