If I Buy an external SSHD 7200RPM Hard drive, will it fix this problem?

I have a 5200RPM 1TB Seagate Hard Drive, and even if I let my computer sit, it will tell me that my disk usage is at 100%. Im a light gamer, so I dont play much, but whenever I do I get this problem, and It slows my computer down a crap ton. I know a tiny bit about how to assemble computers and I know some stuff about hardware. Any solutions to this problem?

My PC Specs-
Motherboard: Some old ASUS Motherboard
CPU: AMD 6300 6-Core Processor
GPU: AMD Radeon 470 4GB
HDD: Seagate 1TB 5200RPM Hard Drive
RAM: 8GB HyperX

Thats all I can really be specific about when it comes to specs of my computer.

Im just looking for somthing like buying an SSHD or External Hard Drive if it will fix my problem.

Not sure how an external drive would fix the issue. Did you test the drive to make sure it's good? Seagate makes a utility called SeaTools that will check the drive. Did you check for viruses/spyware? Check what process is using the disk in Task Manager? Try a clean Windows setup?

If anything, replacing your drive will help, not adding a second one. SSD is a lot better than a SSHD.
