The BSOD only happens when i try to create windows 10 media onto my usb stick or when i try to play games. Screen occasionally flickers and icons start to disappear and computer becomes unresponsive. Once the bsod happens its doesnt create a crash dump for the error however i have done a crash test to see if my PC can write dumps and it wrote one just fine.

There aren't many reviews for your PSU, it is Bronze+ which, while not lowest efficiency lvl, is pretty close. ANd the only review I find is of their 600watt model https://www.kitguru.net/components/power-supplies/zardon/aerocool-integrator-600-watt-psu-review/7/

I would be inclined to get a Seasonic PSU if you can. I have a similar PC (4690K & Z97 motherboard) and after almost 5 years I haven't had any problems with my Seasonic Gold 650w.

if errors caused by PSU, its going to not allow windows a chance to write a dump.
Version of Windows 10 you're currently working with? Latest BIOS for your motherboard as well? 100% disk usage is an indication of Memory Leak which is usually solved by reinstalling your OS, after creating the installer using Windows Media Creation Tools.

I have the latest version of windows which is 1909. I have also installed the latest bios update for my motherboard 2-3 days ago. I have tried reinstalling windows previously which didn't fix my issue and when i try to reinstall windows this time i get a bluescreen when its at around the 20% mark during the installation phase.

HDD health?
This issue may be caused due to HDD Failure.
And can you upload the minidump files also?
My computer is able to write crash dumps and i have tested it with a crash test from Whocrashed however when I get these bluescreens its stuck on 0% and doesnt write any dumps. My SSD is around 4 months old and its health is Good with an average temp of 47° C.

how much free space is left on the SSD? if it only has 10-20% offree space left it can affect the performace of the SSD. especially if it is defective
Before i did the format the SSD had 550GB left out of 930. I have reinstalled windows and done a clean install however the issue still persists. No bluescreen has happened thus far but whenever the PC freezes theres a small chance it won't BSOD, just stay frozen until i restart. Note: This ONLY happens when playing games like Rainbow Six Siege or Apex (i guess when the PC is under load) but its fine with less demanding games like CSGO.

Have you run memtest? Often if i see errors during install it can be caused by RAM

Try running memtest86 on each of your ram sticks, one stick at a time, up to 4 passes. Only error count you want is 0, any higher could be cause of the BSOD. Remove/replace ram sticks with errors.

Can you follow option one on the following link - here - and then do this step below: Small memory dumps - Have Windows Create a Small Memory Dump (Minidump) on BSOD - that creates a file in c windows/minidump after the next BSOD (if you lucky)

copy that file to documents
upload the copy from documents to a file sharing web site, and share the link in your thread so we can help fix the problem

critical process died covers a range of MS files, some are related to boot, some are related to user and some are related to login. It makes it difficult to identify cause as it can be a few things.

If it survives a clean install its likely hardware.

I performed memtest86 a few days ago and came out with 0 errors. This particular BSOD doesnt want to produce any crashdumps even though they can be written and I've tested it with WhoCrashed and performed a crash test. Is there a possibility that my power supply could be the issue? I had a similar problem a year ago and fixed it buying a 6 pin adapter for my GPU.
