Question 100 fps looking slow

I usually play apex on 140 fps and sometimes drops to like 110 and at those times the game looks like im playing at 30 fps.
These are my specs
i5 9400f 2.9 GHz
Saphire rx570 4g
16Gb Ram
144 Hz Aoc Monitor (Supports FreeSync)

At first I tought the problem was Freesync but when I enabled it and still looked the same.
I tried switching my connection to Display Port but nothing really change either

When in game the gpu temps are around 70 aswell as the cpu. Gpu util is close to 100 And Ram util is usually 9 Gb

Yeah theres no stutters or anything but when the game starts to become more chaotic my fps drop to 110 and it looks like 30
