100% GPU usage while gaming

My RX 590 pushes 100% usage while gaming,and I dont think that's normal.I get stutter,but the framerates always stay higher than 100.I get this issues in Fornite and Rust.I dont know if it's a game-setting issue,because the RX 590(from my perspective) has enough power to deliver a much more than playable experience in Fornite.

My system specs:
CPU--Ryzen 7 1700
GPU--XFX RX 590 Fatboy
Mobo--Gigabyte B450 Aorus M
PSU--NJoy Storm 550W

is it also running 100% when not gaming ?

perhaps check your system for spyware or virusses. Maybe you have a remote mining malware on your system

My GPU usage when idle is 0%,so I dont think that is the case.

did you do the standard analasys ?

1. uninstall the driver with https://www.amd.com/en/support/kb/faq/gpu-601
2. install new driver
3. revert to old driver
4. check physically if heatsink is still properly installed (depens on age of the GPU)
5. Clean install windows (not likely gonna solve it i think but still a suggestion)

Yes,I tried uninstalling and installing an old driver,the card isnt old,I only have it since December.The card is physically ok,its clean and the heatsink is attached.The uninstalling and installing of windows I have not tried,but i will try it.

ive still not a solution i think sending it back to receive a new one is an option aswell (you stil have warranty i guess)

100% GPU usage in games is normal, and exactly what you want.

It means your gpu isnt being bottlenecked.
