I recently upgraded to windows 10, and after sadly using CCleaner to accidentally delete the previous windows install (Windows 10 works AMAZING on my laptop) my nice, $1300 custom built pc is always stuck at 100% ram and 100% disk usage.
Knowing I cant revert to windows 7 because I deleted the old install, I really need a way to fix this windows 10 issue without deleting my whole system.. If anyone can help me out I would appreciate it!

I have gone in services.msc and stopped Superfetch, BITS, Windows Search indexing, Windows defender (what i can disable) etc. Yet this still hasnt fixed it. If someone can please help I would appreciate it so much!

I have... It's just 'system'

Windows defender is my only AV but I have malwarebytes and it didnt detect anything either.
This is a common problem with windows 10 supposedly

Have you looked in Task Manager to see what is using the resources?

That is the first step . Without it there is no way to offer meaningful advice .

PS windows defender is so bad its safer to throw your computer at a wall as hard as you can .
When the first issue is sorted replace it with AVAST . Its free

Except there is no indication of any malware, and no reason to suspect any.

There is ccleaner deleting files and then a problem.
No surprises since ccleaner is perfectly capable of bricking a system let alone taking out a few essential DLL's and causing a problem like this .

What we need to know is HOW it causing the trouble and then it might be possible to fix without a refresh which will be more work .

CCleaner I should have mentioned WAS pirated because I was testing the full version, so there IS a chance that it could have a virus. If you recommend I dont own a real AV besides Malwarebytes.

ccleaner is free . How do you pirate free software?
[ dont answer those questiosn . I dont want to know ]

Anyway its aggressive enough to sometimes remove files/DLL's/registry keys that windows needs .

Anyway Im out . You havent answered the simple question that might have allowed me to help you . Good luck

You never really gave me the question to answer.
If I knew what was causing it I would have told you guys in the first place.
I pirated the premium version of course to test something?
