100% packet loss

Hey im terrible with computers and was wondering if someone here could help me with my problem, my internet a couple days cut out for around 12 hours ( very odd never had happened before), after it started working again i couldnt load things such as steam, certain websites and couldnt connect to discord voice chat, I looked around for a while and tried updating my drivers for my wireless connection, useing NetAdapterRepair and rebooting/ reseting my router.
This is what i get when i ping 8.8.8.8 and other random websites.

netsh int ip reset

if it doesn't work disable IPv6 (procedure varies depending on version of windows, so google it)

then run ipconfig /all one more time and post the results again

When i disable ipv6 it takes insanley long to load a webpage
although when i ran ipconfig /all it was disabled
