Question 100% Usage on idle.

Hello guys I bought a new Sapphire RX 580 Nitro+ and noticed that MSI AfterBurner is showing 100% Usage all the time even when I'm not gaming.
Temps on idle going to around 45C also.

I tried to look for the app which is using the GPU in Task Manager and couldn't find anything, but I found something interesting that my Task Manager shows that my GPU usage is around 4-6% on idle and I tried stress test while task manager on and everything looks fine when it goes to 100% usage and goes back to 2,4,5% percent when I close the stress test program.

GPUZ sensors tab shows me 100% usage on idle,
MSI AfterBurner showing me 100% usage on idle.
But Task Manager is seems to show the normal parameters.
Any solution will be appreciated.

DDR3 16 GB
Corsair H45 Cooler
RX 580 8G Nitro+ SE
ThermalTake J25 Case

I have done virus scan using MalwareBytes and Avast nothing come up. Also all my drivers are up to date including the graphics driver.

When you open Task Manager and click on the Gpu tab, what are the top 3 apps in usage?

So here it is, I clean uninstall the graphics drivers and installed drives again and the problem seems to get away.

Older gpu drivers were still lingering and you managed to uninstall them?
