Hey guys, I've been wanting to make a new computer, so I've searched for computer parts. I need to know if I can put all of these parts together without anything unneeded happening.

Memory: Corsair Vengeance 8 GB ( 2 x 4 GB) DDR3 1600 MHz (PC3 12800) 240-Pin DDR3 Memory Kit for Core i3, i5, i7 and Platforms SDRAM

- Storage: WD Blue 1 TB Desktop Hard Drive: 3.5 Inch, 7200 RPM, SATA 6 Gb/s, 64 MB Cache - WD10EZEX

PSU: Corsair Builder Series CX 600 Watt ATX/EPS 80 PLUS (CX600)

- Optical Drive: Lite-On Super AllWrite 24X SATA DVD+/-RW Dual Layer Drive - Bulk - IHAS123-04 (Black)

CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO - CPU Cooler with 120mm PWM Fan (RR-212E-20PK-R2)

- Case: Cooler Master Elite 430 - Mid Tower Computer Case with All-Black Interior (RC-430-KWN1)

Solution
Im not recommending i5 4670k simple because he is just building his rig right at this moment. but don't get me wrong i5 is still a powerful cpu and can still run next gen games for sure, but you wont get the maximum experience. watchdogs ultra setting requirements is i7 3770k and FX 8350 so its better to prepare your rig for next gen gaming.

Eitherway your rig is fine make your PSU at least 650w, if you are planning to sli in the future then get 850w

Solution
actually that 600w PSU is fine and will work with your build, but I thought just give it a headroom for safety. but dont worry that corsair CX600w is a great PSU, you wont have any problems with it on your build
