Hello. I am planning to build a computer for server VM uses. I will be simultaneously running 6-7 VMs at once. Therefore, I need a computer with a lot of and fast RAM. I have already tested that 16 GB RAM is not enough. SSD required for heavy read and writes too. CPU will be an afterthought since my tasks will not be really CPU-intensive. I DO NOT NEED GPU. Please recommend the best components for this type of build.

This is where I'm being lead to. There is a professional GPU in there if you need there to be. There is 4x8gb RAM which should be enough, you could take an i7 4790K (which I would advise) over the i5 due to hyper threading and other bits. Personally though for the money the build I suggested is fine :)

This is as Tight as I would like to go. You can take the stock cooler if you want I just prefer a stable cooler that is better. The i7 should help some what but I still think the original build would better you.
