What's up guys? I'm here for a little help putting together a parts list for a buddy of mine.

So here is what he wants.
He wants it cheap but fast. 1000 dollars or less. AMD for sure.

He already has a monitor but no other peripherals or parts.

Preferably get him Corsair Vengeance LP Ram and Artic Silver 5 TIM.

Here you go :)

Solution
Ahmadjon has a good build, but I would change some things:
-Ditch the TIM. The one that comes with the Hyper 212 EVO is good enough, and it's not worth wasting $7 for ~1-2c lower.
-That RAM is expensive. Even though you prefer Corsair Vengeance LP, is it really worth spending an extra ~$25 for no performance gain? Get this G.Skill Sniper ram: http://pcpartpicker.com/part/gskill-memory-f314900cl9d8gbsr
It's low profile and it runs at the same speeds for $23 lower.
-You saved about $30 now. Add that $30 into a better quality case. This is a more appropriate case for this budget: http://pcpartpicker.com/part/nzxt-case-caph410b1

The Sapphire Radeon r9 280X Toxic is better than any other r9 280x
