This is my first build, I'm hoping to get suggestions, any input would be appreciated:

graphics card: AMD 6870 (x2) $350
psu: corsair 750w 80 plus $114

Do you guys think this build is good enough to play the latest games on the highest settings? Is 750w enough to power this build?

ummm. a single gtx 570/6970 will be beaten by the 2 6870's but you can cf/sli them later so it is a better choice

Do you guys think this build is good enough to play the latest games on the highest settings? Is 750w enough to power this build?

As Jiligan said, a TX 850 W PSU would be better than a 750 W one. Toms had done a system builders guide for a 1000$ PC gaming setup.

I'd go for HD 6870 X 2 than 2 HD 6850s.
