Well I got 1000 to spend, I would like to see if I can get the new socket type for the i7 5k, and 8 gigs of good ram. The new mother board only needs 2 GPU slots, but 4 is ok if you think that would be better, I'm leaving it fairly open to your guys interpritation. Also, any money left over money will be put towards a custom water cooling loop, so a water block that fits that socket type would be awesome, the rest I can handle. If you would prefer the preformance over the water block go for better parts. I'm doing this because nothing seems to be able to keep up with War Thunders extremeley CPU and GPU intensive gameplay.

War thunder only uses two cores IIRC, so a six core will not help you in the least.

A 4690K or 4790K will be the best for gaming. Anything more and most games can't take full advantage of it, so right now six cores is a complete waste for gaming. Even in multi-threaded games like BF4, six core Haswell-E processors will give you only a few more FPS, but sometimes actually get beat by an i5 and the 4790K; overall they average about the same FPS.
