Hi, I am new to this forum and please forgive me if I posted in the wrong place and help me find the right place.
I recently received my new DELL Mini 1012. I had ordered the one with an HD screen (online from official dell website) but I realized that the one they sent me was not the HD screen model as the maximum resolution was 1024x600. I called up customer support and they told me that the they had removed the product totally from their list due to technical reasons but since I ordered before the removal they gave me a screen with 720 pixel but with max resolution of 1024x600. I have a feeling that he is bullshitting me.
What should I do about it? I already called up technical support to hear their bullshit. Is he telling the right thing? Is it actually possible? What is the next step I should take? And how can I prove that he is wrong. Please help me.
