Should I invest in the 1060 6gb card now or should I just get a 1050 ti and wait for a new line to come out?
I will mostly play games like csgo and overwatch. Maybe some wow and fortnite.

The card is for my new budget build.

I ended up buying a GTX 970 twin frosr v 4 GB from a friend of mine. Was cheaper than a new 1050 ti, and should in theory be good for atleast a year, maybe two.
Will prob buy the new 11xx version of the 1060 when that time comes:)

Not even close to horrible, but you will always think, this could be better... If you might want to play more demanding games than esport titles like overwatch and wow, I'd defs go for the 1060 6GB, or 3GB depends on budget. but 1050 ti will run destiny pretty darn well at 1080p, just maybe not on complete max graphics settings.

At 1080p framerate will be fine on a 1050 Ti in most games, it's the settings you might have to compromise on(depending on the game). With a 1060 you get the framerate and the ability to use higher settings. For certain games, like PUBG although you didn't mention this game, you'll want the extra performance from a 1060.

Yup very true triple A games like pubg go with 1060 defs!
