So, I've decided I'll lower my expectations for the GPU as I will only be playing esports games at 1080p - don't really care about new titles (BF1, Hitman, etc) so I'm looking for something around 100 pounds - mainly rx 460 2gb and 1050 2gb. I've decided to discard the 1050ti as it's around 130 pounds minimum and the rx 460 4gb seems not to offer added value over the 2gb version (if you think otherwise please let me know).

So now I'm not sure which brand to get - my options seem to be:

XFX Radeon RX 460 Core 2GB - 91 pounds / 4gb @ 108 pounds
Gigabyte Radeon RX 460 Windforce 2GB - 95 pounds / 4gb @ 102 pounds
ASUS Radeon RX 460 Dual 2GB - 99 pounds

Sapphire Radeon RX 460 NITRO 4GB - 110 pounds (I've added it as a price comparison)

Palit GTX 1050 - 109 pounds (plus a free game Maize/Redout/Raw Data).

The card will be paired with a i5-6402p.

Thanks!

Any of those are gonna be good for what you want to achieve, but the 1050 is about 10% quicker than the RX 460 at 1080p, on average, it is about 20% more expensive than the cheapest RX 460 you're looking at though. It's completely up to you if a 20% increase in cost for 10% more performance is worth it.

The one that I found all have free shipping, for 1050 the palit is the cheapest I could find. will consider that one or the xfx (i'll also check some reviews for the games that come with palit). Thanks
