ok so my GTX 1050TI is still not working properly it now runs a very selective group of games (DotA2, CS:GO and Elder Scrolls V (with some graphical errors)) it also wont mine altcoins and gives the error of internal driver error or that it cant read the temperature of the gpu, aside from that i have tried allot of other games and when i try to load into them i get a black screen and the game either crashes or it goes black and then i can see through the game to my desktop and have to crash it manually.
sofar i have tried a new windows OS with new Nvidia drivers and am currently in contact with Nvidia for help, i have tried a virus scan i have run multiple synthetic tests and it passed all of those with no errors, i have had this issue since i bought the card about a month ago.
my system specs are:
http://prntscr.com/i8gotg
i know for a fact that the CPU will bottle neck the GPU to all hell because it is so old and was wondering if that might be the issue (however an older card worked better than this one (GTX 560TI) and would let me play the games i wanted to (including rust on potato but this one wont) and it would mine the altcoins (until it blew up) too)
thanks in advance to anyone that replies.

that's really what i didn't want to hear but yeah definitely time for an upgrade then... thanks allot for the help :)
