CASE: (150$) getting one from a local store, their cases are shipped from the US so they're a bit pricy

we have 120$ left, I could increase the budget for the monitor but how's the built looking so far? should I upgrade/downgrade anything?

-I would upgrade the ram to 3200 from 3000, shouldn't be very expensive.
-How important is storage capacity to you? You have no SDD, which is going to make your boot / load times awful. Intel 660p or Sabrient are good bang for your buck SSDs
-Your case is expensive. Sure you can't save money here?

You are paying $120 for shipping. Might be worth it too get a Prime membership and cash in on that free shipping.

you're right, I think I'll get an SSD this one seems about the same price as the 4TB

as for the case, I'm assuming worst-case scenarios.

I'm not very familiar with amazon prime.

Your build can easily run on a 550W PSU. I'd drop down in power and go up in quality from the CX to the Focus GX for the same cost.
