1060 coreclock locked at 139mhz

My gtx 1060's coreclock locked at 139mhz and memory clock is stuck at 405 mhz. I tried using afterburner to oc it, the slider will move but the clock speed stays the same

Do you have the graphics card under load when you check the clocks? It has to be working for you to measure its full clock speed. Try running the Unigen Heaven benchmark while you play with the settings.
