I purchased GTX 1060 6GB (this) with i5-9400F. Will it bottleneck? How accurate is this website?

hmm never heard about slow GPU choke fast CPU before. if anything the performance will be slow because there is simply not enough GPU grunt. but slow CPU choking fast GPU is a common thing. in fact in worst case the faster GPU end resulting much slower performance than much slower GPU because CPU cannot keep up.

9400F with GTX1060 should be fine. even the likes of GTX1080ti will not going to be bottlenecked by it.
