1060 vs 1070?

What are some of the main differences between these two cards? I would be planning on playing games such as, gta v, csgo, doom, tf2, overwatch, and possibly games like rust and arma.

Any help is much appreciated.

1060 seems to be the right card for 1080p. 1070 more for 1080p 144hz or 1440p resolution.
