Does the flash fire when it is supposed to?I just bought this camera and there’s something wrong with the flash. Every time I take a picture with the flash on, it turns out either white or dark as if I didn’t have the flash on. Did someone have any similar problem?
If you know how to solve it, please help me.
Yes it does fire but the picture turns out like completely white or darkDoes the flash fire when it is supposed to?
Battery fully charged?
How much did you pay for this? It is around 15 years old.
Tried a different SD card?Yes it does fire but the picture turns out like completely white or dark

At this point, nothing is ruled out.no , i will try to do that

But yes, it could be the battery.
Used
Used devices are sold "as is" and there is 0 expectation for them to work like brand new. Let alone when the camera itself came out 15 years ago.but the picture turns out like completely white or dark
The camera in any current mobile phone is miles better than that 15 year old Fuji.I would not sank any more money into it. Instead, i'd go with brand new pocket camera to use.
I’m not looking for a professional camera I liked this camera because it has the same vibe I’m looking forThe camera in any current mobile phone is miles better than that 15 year old Fuji.
True, but phone can be tracked. Standalone pocket camera doesn't connect to the internet (or RF network) and is "safe", with no worries of pics leaking. The camera in any current mobile phone is miles better than that 15 year old Fuji.

Well, thats a whole different consideration, that was not brought out by the OP.True, but phone can be tracked. Standalone pocket camera doesn't connect to the internet (or RF network) and is "safe", with no worries of pics leaking.
I'd say it's part of the overall vibe of such pocket cameras. Alongside their looks, feel and size.Well, thats a whole different consideration, that was not brought out by the OP.
