1066 corsair dominator 5-5-5-15

I was wondering if running my timings at 1066 5-5-5-15 with 2.0v is safe?

Due to instant errors with Prime95 running them at the EPP, which is 1066 5-5-5-15 2.1v. Strange how it errors when that is the recommended settings.........

Also when i look in the bios, the default is timings are 5-7-7-24 with 1.80v

Could there be a defect?

It sounds like you need to set the timings and voltage manually. EPP does not work with Intel chipsets. Set them manually to 5-5-5-15, at 2.1v.

had the same ram sticks, u need to set them in bios and will be fine.
