1070+8350 on Msi 970 gaming no good?

Hello I've searched around trying to get a direct answer but I can't seem to find it, I have a newly built pc with some older components in it but it seems lesser than other builds similar to mine, I have a Msi gaming 970 motherboard and a 8350 (4.5ghz) gtx1070fe and 16gb pny ddr3 1600 ram and a evga 600 w psu, I have a problem running games and was wondering if this is the case, in gpuz my bus interface claims pci 2.0 x16 @ x8 1.1 and a bus width of 128, rather than pci 2.0 x 16 @ x16 2.0 and a bus width of 256, and it also seems the bandwidth and the texture fill rate is lower than other 1070s I get a heaven benchmark of 27xx roughly is that fair, should I be worried or get a new mobo/CPU?

2700 in Heaven benchmark is fine. Your CPU is holding the system back, an Intel i5-6500 or 6600 will be a better setup for gaming.
