Gtx 1070 or 1070ti? Need help on which card to choose and also IM A VERY BUDGET TIGHT. Every dollar counts

you have to look at the prices.
some 1070s are already even at the price level of 1080 from other brands.
1070, 1070ti and 1080 prices are touching each other.
From performance: 1080 > 1070Ti > 1070
Before you hit the buy button, check the cheapest decent 1070, 1070ti and 1080...then take your decision.
