1070 PC under £1000/1385$

please can somebody link me a pre-built pc which has a good processor and a 1070 under £1000.
ive searched everywhere for one and there is some with i5 7600k etc but not top tier cpu.

but the cpu seems awful, is it good?

That i5-6400 isn't awful, but it might hold back the GTX 1070 is some games.

would the cyberpower pc be built well, I live in uk so I don't know if it would be damaged or something

Desktop towers usually ship pretty well packaged in thick styrofoam. I don't think it would be damaged, but if it was I'm sure you could return it to Amazon.
