Hello!
I am going to build a new pc, but I don't know which gpu to choose. In my country prices are very dumb. So my options are:

1. Asus ROG STRIX GTX1070Ti A8G DDR5 8GB - 620.57 USD / 545.20 EUR
2. Gigabyte GeForce GTX 1080 8GB WINDFORCE OC 8G - 630.35 USD / 553.79 EUR
3. Gigabyte GeForce GTX 1080 8GB GDDR5X G1 Gaming - 620.57 USD / 545.20 EUR
4. GIGABYTE GeForce RTX 2070 WINDFORCE GDDR6 - 652.72 USD / 573.45 EUR
5. Gigabyte GeForce RTX 2070 GAMING OC 8GB GDDR6 - 692.20 USD / 608.13 EUR
6. Inno3D GeForce RTX 2070 Twin X2 8GB GDDR6 - 614.46 USD / 539.83 EUR
7. MSI GeForce RTX 2070 GAMING Z 8GB GDDR6 - 710.67 USD / 623.40 EUR

My CPU will be an i7 8700k.
Which GPU to choose and why?
I am looking for the best option in term of performance and durability, maybe you could do a top with them. I will use my pc for gaming(Black Ops 4, PUBG, BF 5, WoW, CSGO, GTA 5), graphic design(Illustrator, After Effects, Premier Pro, 3d programs) and also for coding(Visual Studio, Unreal Engine).

Solution
If you dont mind the "Inno3D" brand, go for the 2070, as it will outperform all the other cards on the list. If not, I'd go for the $620 gigabyte 1080.

I found out that Inno3D model has very bad problems with cooling. Meanwhile I added a new option.

What refresh rate are you gaming at? what resolution? if you are gaming at 1080p almost anything will run even at a high refresh rate on a 1070 or a 1070 ti. The fastest of these is probably the 2070. however without rtx technology out yet it is really comparable to a 1080. any of these(except maybee the inno3d card) is a high performance card so unless you are gaming at 4k or 240hz just get a1070.

Hi there, I just got the Palit RTX 2070 for £450 GBP, im not sure what price that would translate to for you, but it is the cheapest one I could find online that was in stock and it runs great for me. Max temps under sustained load got up to about 65-70 degrees depending on ambient temperatures.
