1080P AMD build

Looking to build a 1080P AMD build, not too familiar with the parts but don't want to go overkill with it. Currently looking at the Ryzen CPU 1600 or 1500 not sure and the rx580 Sapphire but not sure to get 4 or 8gb. Thank you in advance

the 580 cost $500+ whilst the 1060 cost around $350.
