1080p gaming rig to run most titles at 60 fps on ultra

Hey guys console peasant here. I recently started making some money to start building my first PC. I am looking for a nice system that will run a lot of games at 1080p on ultra settings with 60 fps.
I have a budget of about $900 and will probably purchase most parts during black Friday and cyber Monday so i can easily purchase upgrades for my system.

I do not need peripherals and an OS I can get from my job

Thanks with helping me convert to the PC master race.

P.S. I don't know whether or not the build needs to be overclockable because I do not want it to eat up my power bill and I don't think there are builds like that support what I am looking for but if there are please include that because I am far from an expert. Also you can include some upgrades that I can get in the future. Thanks!

What upgrades are you thinking of? The motherboard you have in your build is a poor choice for overclocking and is stripped for a Z97 board. Not even sli capable. The EVGA 600B is also a mediocre unit and you will want a high quality power supply powering your gaming system.

The build sadams posted is solid for the price and you won't have to upgrade for years.

The upgrades? I dont really know because I am not all that adept in PC gaming. But I just want to know if the system will run intensive games at 60fps at ultra or very high settings such as gtaV, the witcher 3 and other triple a titles. Some upgrades that I may want in the future is upgrading my gpu from the 970 to something more powerful later on down the line seeing as this system's motherboard doesnt support SLI. I dont want to "futureproof" the system but be future ready if i need to upgrade later on for games that may be much more intensive. I also plan on doing my part picking during sales during the holidays so I can make the machine more powerful

The decision comes down to whether you are going to overclock or not. If not, then look toward my original post / build. If you are open to overclocking, then you really need to step up to a system that also supports SLI so you keep your GPU upgrade options open. ...with that you will need a larger PSU. With the system below, overclock as you please and add a second GTX 970 in SLI when / if you need more graphics muscle. It would NOT be worth going this route if you need to reduce the GPU to stay within budget. The non-overclocked i5 paired with the GTX 970 will game better than the overclocked i5 paired with a GTX 960 (or similar)...
