1080ti gigabyte corrosion heatsink

Hey,
I have 1080ti 11g oc gaming gigabyte gpu, and after I opned it I saw corrosion on my heatsink.
So I have few questions,
Should I clean it ? is it possible to clean it, and how to
or I just should leave it like that

Hey, can not see the photo you wanted to link in. If the GPU is new and you noticed something like this please immediately return it to the seller!

The gpu is 6 months old, I fixed the photo link.
I don't have the ability to return it because corrosion warranty voids

Now I can see it...looks terrible for only 6 month, but can be cleaned. would start with a tooth brush and vacuum cleaner to clean the fins.

Only tooth brush wont remove the corrosion ;/

Do you live somewhere where it is super humid? or do you go swimming with your 1080 Ti?
While it isn't pretty looking it shouldn't effect cooling performance much unless the copper fully corrodes and the vapor for the cooling system escapes.

So... Have you had any positive results? Which solution did you use? I have the same exact problem, my heatsink looks almost like yours, and I can't find a straight answer anywhere...
I read that there are products to clean carburators and radiators on cars that might work on this, but I'm not sure...
