Since 2 hours I try to get 10bit working on my new Phillips 272B8QJEB. I use a 1050 GTX Nvidia card, and the monitor is 10 bit (as far as the specifications and advertising goes).
I read on the web that Nvidia allows 10bit since a while so I updated already all drivers, new clean installation. Still it wont let me choose 10bit.
From what I read on the web already I know there are 8bit pannels that only fake 10bit with FRC or something, but I cant find any of that information on the Phillips specifications.
Everywhere I look it says 10bit, they even advertise it specific on the product page:

So from what i understand or get from the product page I assume its a real 10bit display.
I use a HDMI, would using DP make a difference? Btw. why does DP always make problems with desktop icons...

Does anyone have a idea if its really not possible to activate 10bit, or if i do something wrong?
I use the official Phillips driver from the website and the newest Nvidia drivers.

Nvidia wont let me choose 10bit, only 8bit.
