10TB Hard read as 1 TB hard

Hello, guys. I am having a problem with my new hard drive. I installed on a computer with windows 7 a 10 TB IronWolf Seagate hard drive. The problem is that the space available (and it is empty) is 1 TB. The BIOS sees it as a 10 TB hdd, but in windows it is showed as 1 TB. What can i do to see it properly?

GPT...the bios is not uefi...not yet at least
