Question 11-13-F3 and 11-11-11-28 DDR3

I have a T440s Thinkpad. The stick of 8gb ram didnt work well, and i had to buy a new one. Afriend recomment me to a

G.Skill 8GB DDR3 RAM​

• CAS Latency (CL): 11-11-11-28
• Voltage: 1.35V. I did, but the laptop bips and dont accept it at all. The previous damaged ram stick, writes on it 11-13-F3.
• Is this the reason of incopability, or the ram slot have a damage ?

You might want to try out another stick of ram. Once you're able to get your laptop to POST + get to OS GUI, you should check to see if it has any BIOS updates pending. Update if you do, then drop in the stick of ram your friend recommended.

I allready check the stick to another laptop. Its working fine.
Sorry , i dont understand what you mean by that ?
Those CAS Latencies (CL): 11-11-11-28, that they are different fron the new to previous ram, you think that maybe do the problem ?
