And Most Importantly, Why Are You Upgrading: My current PC can't even watch videos at 1080P , so you can imagine how horrible it is while gaming / rendering

I add the list of pc components from amazon UK, they should ship the part to Belgium. Becasue you say maybr sli/cf so I add the PSU for sli gtx760 if you do later. And I add the 16GB RAM because I don't know how you use photoshop, I mean if you use it like regular but not like heavy usage, you can use 8GB RAM. If you use a lot the photoshop, then you also think change the intel cpu to FX8320 and get the GIGABYTE GA-970A-UD3P AM3+ or one aftermarket cpu cooler like hyper212evo, because i7 is out of your budget range.

Thanks for the help everyone , I decided to go with this build , but a little bit modified ( changed the psu because i couldn't find that xfx one , changed the ssd to a 840 evo , changed the hdd to a wd blue 1tb , changed the monitor to a ve248h because it's cheaper , changed the os to win8.1 , changed the case to a zalman z11+ , changed the proccessor to a 4570 due to the same price , changed the ram to 8gb , and thats it )
