1100$ Intel or amd build?

if your spending the same amound on both builds intel is always the better option, performance and gaming wise. also an SSD would make that setup even better
e.g. a small SSD for windows and key programs and a normal, large hardrive for everything else

He had a gtx 770 listed for the AMD build and a gtx 760 for the Intel build how is the Intel build better for gaming?

Isn't the r9 280x more expensive and delievers less performance than the 770?
