1151 socket with a 1366 socket

i want to buy a pc and the motherboard is 1151 socket,but i want to buy a cpu which has 1366 socket.Can GA-H110M-A supports intel core i7-975 with socket 1366?
By the way which is better i3-6100 or i7-975?

What you are asking is to put a square peg in a round hole.

Socket 1151 means there is 1151 metal contact pins that the CPU/motherbaord make contact with.
So a CPU with 1366 pins cant go into a motherboard with only 1151
