I had a Portable DVD player, im not too sure on the screen size but i'd estimate it was around that size. It was good while it lasted, but on one evening I was watching a movie in my room. Before going to sleep, i just turned it off & put it at my side and then in the morning to my horror it was on the floor with the LCD screen damaged beyond repair 🙁

They're very useful though, especially if you're travelling or something however nowadays I prefer to carry a PSP with a batallion of games & movies.
